Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store and back-end operations to ensure smooth business functioning. This role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting order processing and fulfillment. The Operations Executive will track operational performance metrics, analyze data to identify process improvements, and help implement standard operating procedures. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maintain high service standards and timely delivery. The Operations Executive will also assist in scheduling, workflow coordination, and basic administrative tasks to support overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to manage daily workflows, inventory, and process optimization.
- Well-versed in Shopify & Delivery portals.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewelry operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business software tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
