Role OverviewYou will run the engine room of the Funngro marketplace — making sure every project posted by a company is matched with the right Teenlancers, delivered on time, and meets quality standards, while keeping both sides of the marketplace happy. You will build processes that scale from hundreds of projects to thousands.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end project operations: project intake from companies, Teenlancer matching, timelines, quality checks, and delivery.
- Manage the Teenlancer community lifecycle — onboarding, skill assessment, engagement, and grievance resolution.
- Ensure timely, accurate payouts to Teenlancers and clean reconciliation with company billing.
- Design SOPs, dashboards, and quality frameworks that improve delivery TAT and satisfaction on both sides of the marketplace.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales (client expectations), Product/Tech (process automation), and Support (escalations).
- Track and report key ops metrics — fulfillment rate, TAT, quality scores, NPS, repeat rate — and drive improvements.
- Handle parent/guardian and school-partnership queries with the sensitivity a teen platform requires.
Requirements- 2–5 years of operations experience in a marketplace, gig platform, ed-tech, or high-growth startup.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, not just run them.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards; SQL a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- High empathy and patience — you will work with teenagers, parents, and business clients in the same day.
