Role Description
The Operations Executive role at Titlli is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including managing order processing, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment of gift hampers. The Operations Executive will monitor inventory, track dispatches, maintain accurate records, and support quality checks for product selection and packaging. The role also includes optimizing workflows, resolving operational issues, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with sales, design, and logistics teams is essential to deliver a smooth and consistent gifting experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end order execution, inventory control, and workflow coordination.
- Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Solid Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support data-driven process improvements.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and documentation accurately.
- Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or ecommerce/retail fulfillment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and inventory or order management systems).
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
