The role
We're looking for an HR Manager to own our people function end to end. You'll handle hiring, onboarding, HR operations and everything that keeps a growing team running smoothly. If you think out of the box and bring fresh ideas to how a team is built and run, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment from start to finish: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
- Run onboarding and induction for new team members
- Handle HR operations: records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, and related filings)
- Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters and employment documents
- Manage performance reviews and appraisal cycles
- Support employee engagement and build a healthy team culture
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances
What we're looking for
- 3 to 4 years of HR experience (generalist or recruitment)
- Strong HR fundamentals and real zeal for a startup environment
- Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. If you bring fresh ideas, apply
- Strong communication in English and Hindi
- Good judgement and discretion with confidential information
- A graduate in any field; MBA or PGDM in HR preferred
