Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Executive who thrives on solving problems on the ground.
This role requires traveling across our properties pan-India to identify operational issues, resolve them on-
site, and ensure every property runs smoothly and consistently. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and
brings a positive, can-do mindset to every property and every challenge.
Key Responsibilities
• Travel to properties across India to assess operational issues firsthand
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and implement practical, on-ground solutions
• Work closely with property teams to resolve operational, service, and process gaps
• Standardize processes across properties to ensure consistency in guest experience
• Coordinate with central operations and management to escalate and close out issues
• Conduct on-site audits/checks and provide actionable feedback to property teams
• Managed and guide all the property staff on best practices and corrective actions
• Prepare visit reports summarizing issues found, actions taken, and outcomes
• Stay flexible and available to travel at short notice as per business needs
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, ground-level approach
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across India
• Positive, adaptable mindset — comfortable working in varied environments and situations
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues end-to-end
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / reporting tools)
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience working across multiple properties/locations in hospitality or retail operations
