Earthpharm is a preclinical company developing an oral, disease-modifying therapy for diabetic neuropathy. We are part of the KSAP-CCAMP 2026 cohort at C-CAMP, Bengaluru.
We're looking for someone who has taken an encapsulated formulation from bench to a stable, characterised product, and who knows why formulations fail on storage.
THE WORK
- Select and justify the right carrier system for our actives
- Take it to a stable dry powder with reproducible particle size and encapsulation efficiency
- Design the characterisation and stability studies
- Advise on excipient choices with an eye on Indian regulatory status
You'll work directly with our CSO and lab scientist.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Hands-on formulation experience across more than one carrier class
- Fluency with DLS, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency and stability study design
- Judgement about what actually survives storage and scale-up
We care more about what you've made work than about years on a CV. PhD welcome, not required.
TERMS
Contract, project basis. Compensation can be sweat equity. Scope to continue as the programme moves toward IND-enabling work.
