About the Role
As a Junior Designer, you will work within a close‑knit, design‑focused studio environment while gaining exposure to the full spectrum of architectural and interior design processes.
You will be part of a studio that values curiosity, precision, and strong design thinking. Complete applications must include a CV or resume and work samples. Work samples should be submitted as one PDF file (10–20 pages, maximum 5 MB). Please upload your work samples in the section where the application requests your CV. Applications that do not meet this criterion will not be reviewed.

Work Role
• Project Contribution: Support the development of project components under the guidance of senior designers.
• Design & Visualisation: Produce diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Technical Documentation: Assist in preparing working drawings, details, and documentation across project phases.
• Communication: Communicate clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Conceptual Thinking: Demonstrate strong conceptual design ability and integrate interdisciplinary inputs.
• Collaboration: Participate actively in team discussions and design reviews.
• Technical Understanding: Show foundational knowledge of materials, systems, codes, and construction techniques.
• Time Management: Manage workload and meet deadlines with regular interaction with project leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
• Recent completion of B.Arch or equivalent architectural degree
• Strong collaborative mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
