About Shringara
Shringara is a youth-led platform working across public policy, international affairs, climate and water, culture, research and youth leadership, with a focus on connecting young people, ideas and institutions across India and the Global South.
As we enter our founding phase, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to building Shringara's programmes, research initiatives and youth network from the ground up.

- New projects and initiatives developed during Shringara's founding phase
Who we're looking for

Compensation & Commitment
This is a pro bono, unpaid opportunity.
As an early-stage youth-led platform, Shringara is currently unable to provide a stipend or financial remuneration. We are being transparent about this so applicants can make an informed decision before applying.
In return, selected members will have the opportunity to gain hands-on project experience, leadership and research exposure, professional networks, publication opportunities and the experience of helping build an organisation from its founding stage.
