Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Physiotherapist based in Bengaluru. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will assess children’s motor skills, physical development, and functional abilities, and design individualized therapy plans to address developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, and other pediatric needs. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with pediatricians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care. The role involves educating families on home-based exercises, posture, and movement strategies, while maintaining high standards of safety, ethics, and child-friendly communication. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will contribute to program development, participate in case discussions, and support FyndHealth’s mission of holistic child development.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT), preferably with specialization or experience in Pediatrics.
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment, therapeutic exercise, neurodevelopmental treatment, and rehabilitation planning.
- Ability to design age-appropriate intervention plans, set measurable goals, and track outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and families, including the ability to explain treatment plans in clear, supportive language.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and child-centered approach, with a focus on safety, consent, and ethical practice.
- Comfort working in an on-site clinical or center-based environment in Bengaluru, with readiness for occasional extended hours based on client needs.
- Basic familiarity with electronic health records or digital documentation tools; openness to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies and adherence to local regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Experience in early intervention, developmental pediatrics, or working with children with special needs is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning, workshops, and evidence-based practice updates aligned with FyndHealth’s innovative environment.
