🍽️ Multi-Unit Kitchen Manager | National Role | Effingut Breweries | Pune
Effingut Breweries is looking for an experienced culinary leader to take charge of kitchen operations across all 16 units nationally, based out of our KP Kitchen in Pune.
This is a senior, full-time leadership position for a seasoned chef who has run large-scale, multi-unit kitchen operations and is ready to take on a national mandate with significant scope to grow as we continue to expand.
📍 Location: Pune (KP Kitchen — Base Location)
🏢 Scope: National — All 16 Unit Kitchens
📈 Growth: Significant career growth opportunity over the next 5 years as the business scales
What You'll Own:
- Menu engineering and recipe standardisation across all units
- Portion control and taste standardisation
- Menu mix analysis (Star-Dog analysis)
- Menu costing and margin management
- Quality control across all 16 kitchens nationally
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate from a reputed catering/hotel management college
- Minimum 20 years of overall kitchen management experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Multi-Unit Chef, having handled 7–10+ units simultaneously
- Strong command over menu engineering, F&B costing, and quality systems
- Proven ability to lead and standardise operations at scale
