Job Summary
Hiring an experienced Sales Manager with 4–9 years of corporate field sales experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) industry. The role involves generating new corporate business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new corporate leads through field sales, networking, and cold calling.
Convert inquiries into MICE bookings and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution.
Update CRM and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
Requirements
4–9 years of experience in MICE, hospitality, events, or tourism sales.
Strong corporate B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and willingness to travel for client meetings.
