We’re Hiring | Showroom Sales Manager
📍 Jaipur | Full-time | Work from Office
We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to manage our Jaipur showroom — from sales and client relationships to styling, merchandising and the overall showroom experience.

What the role involves:
✦ Sales + Client Relationships
→ Handle showroom walk-ins, appointments and enquiries
→ Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
→ Regularly follow up with clients over phone and WhatsApp
→ Keep clients updated on orders, customisations, timelines and deliveries
→ Maintain a strong database of showroom clients and follow-ups
→ Drive repeat purchases and referrals
✦ Styling + Bridal
→ Help clients put together jewellery looks for weddings, festivities and occasions
→ Understand the client's outfit, event and personal style before suggesting pieces
→ Assist with bridal jewellery styling and complete look-building
→ Suggest combinations across necklaces, earrings, naths, bangles and other pieces
→ Develop a strong understanding of Vamika's collections and how they can be styled
✦ Merchandising + Showroom
→ Take ownership of product layout and visual merchandising
→ Decide how products and collections are displayed and grouped
→ Keep the showroom visually fresh and well-presented
→ Rotate products and displays based on new launches, seasons and customer demand
→ Ensure every piece is displayed in a way that makes it easy for customers to discover and shop
✦ Trends + New Launches
→ Stay updated on jewellery, fashion, bridal and styling trends
→ Coordinate closely with the Social Media and E-Commerce teams around upcoming launches
→ Share insights from showroom customers to help identify emerging trends and customer preferences
→ Help identify products, styles and stories that have potential for stronger customer interest
→ Coordinate on how new collections are presented across the showroom, website and social media
✦ Sales + Operations
→ Work towards monthly sales targets
→ Track enquiries, conversions and follow-ups
→ Coordinate with inventory and backend teams on orders and stock
→ Share customer feedback and buying insights with the wider team
Who we’re looking for:
• 3–6 years of experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury or premium retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong styling sense and an eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable speaking to clients over phone and WhatsApp
• Experience with bridal clients will be a strong plus
• Someone who actively follows fashion, jewellery and bridal trends
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Someone who genuinely enjoys selling, styling and building relationships
