About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Merchant Acquisition & Business Development Manager to expand our Payout API business across India.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying, onboarding, and managing merchants who require bulk payout solutions, payment infrastructure, and fintech APIs.
If you have experience in fintech sales, payment gateways, banking, payment aggregators, B2B sales, or enterprise business development, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants for Payout API services.
- Generate B2B leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct product demos and explain payout solutions to merchants.
- Build long-term relationships with merchants and partners.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding, documentation, and KYC.
- Work closely with compliance and operations teams.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and transaction volume targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
