Role Description The Member Relationship Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon, India. The role involves welcoming members and guests, assisting with registrations and bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure. The Member Relationship Executive will respond to inquiries, manage membership-related documentation, provide information about programs and events, and support day-to-day front desk operations. This position also includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating with coaching and operations staff, gathering member feedback, and helping with basic promotional activities and member engagement initiatives. The role requires a friendly, professional presence and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service to all members.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with members and guests.
- Confident communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including handling records, scheduling, and coordinating daily activities efficiently.
- Comfort with using computers, standard office software, and digital tools for reservations, member management, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, sports clubs, fitness centers, or member-focused organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in sports and recreation, especially racket or court sports; willingness to learn about pickleball and club offerings.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
