Role Description
These are a full-time / On-Site opportunities offering multiple roles across key functions such as sales, marketing, operations, Service and customer support. Team members may be responsible for coordinating with distributors and retail partners, monitoring inventory and logistics, and supporting day-to-day service activities & customer cases. . Roles may also involve handling customer queries, collecting feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. All positions require proactive communication, adherence to timelines, and effective collaboration in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
- Operations and coordination skills, including inventory tracking, logistics support, and process documentation.
- Customer service and support capabilities, including handling inquiries, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
- Analytical abilities with comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in consumer electronics, retail distribution, or technology accessories is an advantage.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
