Role Description This is a full-time, remote, contractual role for Edutech telesales callers at QUCOMP Academy. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective learners, explaining course offerings, and guiding them through program benefits and enrollment processes. Telesales callers will respond to inbound inquiries, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and follow up with leads to convert interest into registrations. They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, meet enrollment targets, and provide feedback on learner needs and market trends. The role also includes handling basic queries about online learning logistics, sharing updates on promotions, and ensuring a professional, supportive experience for all prospective learners.
Qualifications
- Strong telesales and customer service skills, including experience in outbound calling and handling inquiries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and active listening abilities.
- Basic understanding of education technology or online learning environments; interest in technology or STEM fields is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for lead tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Any graduate; additional education in business, sales, computer science or communication is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about QUCOMP Academy’s programs and stay updated on new courses and offerings.
