About the group
Hamd Holdings is the parent of Magnetic Keys, an AI-integrated marketing agency; Lymora, an AI workforce and enablement company; and Special Minds, a special educational needs support service placing learning support assistants with families and schools. Three companies, three audiences, three voices. This role owns marketing strategy and operations across all of them and reports to the Chairman.
What you will do
- Set the annual marketing strategy for each company with its lead, and hold the group-level view of budget, priorities and calendar.
- Own the operating rhythm: content calendars four weeks ahead, campaign plans, approval flows and monthly reporting.
- Write and edit copy in each brand's voice, from its written guidelines, with every claim checked against a source before publishing.
- Plan and run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google, reporting cost per qualified lead rather than impressions.
- Brief and manage designers, video editors and any agency, and review their work against the guidelines.
- Maintain analytics across the group and bring one recommendation with every monthly report.
- Build the marketing team as the companies grow, and write the standards they will work to.
What you will not do
- Publish anything without the named approver's sign-off on that exact design and copy.
- Use stock or generated imagery where a brand requires photography.
- Make a factual claim, including figures, awards, client names or licences, that you cannot point to a source for.
Who this suits
- Six or more years in marketing, with at least two in a role that set strategy and ran operations, not only execution.
- Proof of managing marketing for more than one brand or business unit at the same time.
- A portfolio of campaigns you planned and shipped, each with the result it produced.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market, or a clear plan for learning it in month one.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Professional proficiency in Arabic is an advantage, not required.
- Comfortable working remotely on UAE hours and being measured on written numbers.
Hours and terms
- Full-time contract, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time.
- Monthly fee stated at first interview.
- Six-month initial term with review.
- Contracting entity is one of the group's operating companies, named in the agreement.
- Your own computer and connection; the group provides its tools and accounts.
