The role [Remote - India & South Africa]
We need someone who can both run ads and lead the marketing around them. You'll own paid acquisition for EA and our sister brands. That means building and optimising Google and Meta campaigns yourself, and also managing the people, briefs and timelines behind them.
What you'll be doing
- Running Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube, covering keywords, copy, bids and budgets
- Managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns from cold audiences to retargeting, testing creatives and scaling what works
- Keeping tracking accurate across GA4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Briefing and coordinating our in-house designers, video editors and SEO/content team in Asana
- Working with sales to improve lead quality as well as lead volume
- Using AI to speed up campaigns, creative, research and reporting, and helping us show up in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
- Sharing weekly dashboards and monthly reports on spend, leads, cost per lead, ROAS and pipeline, and recommending where budget should move
What success looks like
- 30 days: Audit all ad accounts, fix tracking and present a 90-day plan
- 60 days: Cost per lead coming down and a weekly dashboard live
- 90 days: The winning playbook rolled out to at least one sister brand, with SOPs in place
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta ads experience, with results you can show
- Lead generation experience for service businesses (architecture, construction, interiors or home improvement is a big plus)
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and conversion tracking
- Experience managing a team or agency
- Confident, everyday use of AI tools for ads, copy, creative and analysis
- Clear communication and comfort reporting to senior leadership
- Nice to have: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications, YouTube or LinkedIn ads experience, UK market campaigns, HubSpot or Asana, and experience running marketing for several brands at once.
