About the Role:
Biotecnika is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Life Sciences Career Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for candidates from a Biotechnology or Life Sciences background who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable learning and career opportunities.
You will connect with students, graduates, and working professionals, understand their requirements, explain relevant programs and opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
·Connect with students, graduates, and professionals through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
·Understand individual career goals, educational backgrounds, and requirements.
·Guide candidates toward suitable courses, programs, and career opportunities.
·Explain Biotecnika's programs, services, and offerings clearly and confidently.
·Conduct online or offline program demonstrations and information sessions.
·Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and professionals.
·Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and candidate information using CRM systems.
·Identify new opportunities to expand Biotecnika's learner and professional network.
·Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
·Stay updated with trends, career opportunities, and developments in the Biotechnology and Life Sciences industry.
·Work towards individual and team-based performance goals.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
·Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
·0–1 year of experience in counselling, customer interaction, business development, recruitment, or a related field is an advantage.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Good understanding of Biotechnology and Life Sciences.
·Comfortable communicating with students, professionals, and other stakeholders.
·Basic knowledge of CRM systems and online presentation tools.
·Ability to understand people's requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
·Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
·Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
