Manager – Advertiser Partnerships & Growth
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, commercially sharp Manager, Advertiser Partnerships & Growth to acquire advertisers and grow their spend with us, working directly with brands and through their media agencies, in an affiliate and performance marketing business.
This is a demand-side role that cuts both ways: win new advertisers, and grow the ones you already have. You'll structure and negotiate deals across cost models (CPA, CPS, CPL, CPC, RevShare), work agencies as a channel to reach the advertisers whose budgets they hold, and own the outcome, are advertisers succeeding with us, spending more, and staying.
It's a growth role, not account-servicing. Business reviews and check-ins are the vehicle, not the job. The job is making advertisers and their agencies successful on performance campaigns and turning that success into incremental spend.
What You'll Own
Advertiser acquisition and growth. Acquire new advertisers and brands, and grow existing ones, across direct relationships and agency-managed accounts, in any market. Win incremental spend through new categories, more campaigns, larger budgets, and better terms on CPA, CPS, CPL, and CPC deals. Convert warm inbounds and referrals into growing accounts.
Agency partnerships. Build and grow relationships with media and performance agencies as a multiplier, expand each agency into its wider portfolio of advertisers and brands, and develop agencies as an ongoing channel that brings advertiser budgets over time. One agency relationship can unlock many advertisers; treat it accordingly.
Deal structuring on cost models. Negotiate and structure performance deals across CPA, CPS, CPL, CPC, and RevShare, balancing advertiser ROI and ROAS goals with our margins, and knowing which model fits which advertiser.
Identifying the right advertisers. Use campaign performance data and cross-network visibility to spot which advertisers are worth winning, where demand is underserved, and which categories are converting, then bring them in through the relationships and channels you own.
Networks as a growth lever. Work network-platform relationships to grow the advertisers reachable through them, securing offer visibility, placement, featured positioning, and better terms or access that drive incremental volume. You own the commercial side (visibility, placement, terms-for-volume); Ad Operations owns integration (tracking, postbacks, setup).
Active book management. Read the performance curve and act on it, reactivate declining advertisers before they churn, respond where competitive payouts or terms are costing volume, and build growth plans against each advertiser's acquisition goals (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate).
Coordination. Work with Ad Operations on campaign setup, tracking, and attribution, and closely with the Publisher team to mobilize the right publishers behind priority advertisers, surface high-converting offers into the publisher mix, and feed back what publishers need (creatives, rates, terms) to promote harder. This demand-meets-supply lever is what drives advertiser performance.
Leadership, as it scales. Build and lead the advertiser function as the book grows, and set a culture of commercial ownership where a warm opportunity is advanced, not deflected.
