Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a dynamic sales personality in roles ranging from Sales Manager to State Manager. Responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting financial services and products, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve creating personalized financial solutions, providing advisory support, and participating in training programs to improve sales and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in Personality Development and Training to effectively engage and inspire clients and teams.
- Proficiency in Research and Writing to craft tailored financial strategies and present compelling solutions.
- Experience with Social Media platforms to enhance client communication and widen the outreach of financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. Additional certifications in financial planning or wealth management are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the financial services and investment industry is a strong plus.
