Role Description The Logistics Manager role at Kamalsons is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse activities, and coordination of transportation providers. This role involves managing inventory levels, monitoring stock accuracy, and ensuring timely replenishment to support store and distribution needs. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize sourcing, reduce delays, and maintain cost-effective processes. The role also includes preparing reports, improving logistics workflows, resolving operational issues, and supporting customer service teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee end-to-end product movement and distribution.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills to coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and support cost-effective sourcing.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to collaborate with sales teams and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in retail or sports goods distribution, and familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems, is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
