Role Description
The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This position is responsible for planning and managing end-to-end supply chain operations to support the company’s consulting and service delivery needs, including demand forecasting for materials, office resources, and service-related requirements. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors and service providers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of resources. The role also involves optimizing supply management processes, analyzing data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The Supply Chain Manager collaborates with internal teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs and interpret data for operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Management and Procurement to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure consistent resource availability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management to track stock levels, maintain records, and prevent shortages or excess holding costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally in services or consulting environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
