Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Health Insurance Agent role based in Rest Of Maharashtra (ROM). The agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance plans. Responsibilities include explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions, preparing quotations, and assisting clients with documentation and application submissions. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, following up on proposals and renewals, and providing ongoing policy servicing and support. The agent will also engage in local marketing activities, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and work toward defined sales and service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Medicare.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and advisory services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship management.
- Basic understanding of financial products and risk assessment is beneficial.
- Prior experience in life or health insurance sales or brokerage is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school(10th) diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site manage and maintain professional integrity and customer focus.
