Role Description This full-time, on-site Leadership and Management role is based in Pimpri Chinchwad and is responsible for guiding a high-performance operational team. The role involves setting clear objectives, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety protocols and organizational standards. The leader will coordinate training schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Daily tasks include resource planning, risk assessment, communication with cross-functional stakeholders, and documentation of activities and outcomes. The position requires hands-on engagement with the team, timely decision-making under pressure, and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Experience in operational planning, resource allocation, and process optimization in high-risk or high-compliance environments.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, safety management, and incident response, with a commitment to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage complex situations with integrity and professionalism.
- Relevant experience in defense, security, law enforcement, or related technical fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, security studies, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and participate in ongoing training and skill development.
