Role Description:
- The Management Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
- Will oversee day-to-day operations across businesses and the group operation across geographies.
- Will assist in planning and executing operational strategies, preparing reports and analyses, and supporting decision-making for senior leadership.
- The position also includes client communication, resource allocation, and risk management to maintain high standards that the group stands for.
Qualifications
- Operational and project management skills, including experience managing teams, coordinating workflows, and tracking performance metrics.
- Knowledge of IT services and consulting practices, preferably with exposure to ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data-driven decision-making and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management or IT service management are an advantage.
