Position Title: Lead – Talent Acquisition (Clinical/Medical Hiring)
Location: Mumbai (5 Days - Work from Office)
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Lead Talent Acquisition –
Clinical/Medical Hiring to head our Clinical Recruitment division. In this role, you will be
responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for doctors, medical specialists,
and critical clinical professionals across our expanding hospital network. You will partner closely with medical directors and executive leadership while managing and mentoring a dedicated recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Execution
● Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for doctors, senior consultants, specialists, and niche clinical roles across the hospital network.
● Partner with Hospital Leadership, Medical Directors, and Department Heads to understand clinical workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
● Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber medical talent in a competitive market.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
● Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing clinical recruitment team.
● Establish recruiter performance benchmarks and optimize individual and team output.
● Build strong internal partnerships with medical boards, HR, and operational leadership. Talent Pipeline & Data-Driven Recruitment
● Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future clinical staffing needs.
● Leverage HR metrics, TA analytics, and hiring data to optimize time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
● Implement structured tracking mechanisms for recruitment funnels and pipeline health.
Compliance & Credentialing
● Ensure strict adherence to healthcare hiring standards, medical credentialing guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
● Oversee thorough background checks, primary source verification, and licensing validation for all clinical hires.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Industry Experience: Proven background in hospital-side recruitment or healthcare TA is mandatory.
● Domain Expertise: Strong track record in sourcing and hiring doctors, medical consultants, and specialized clinical staff.
● Leadership Experience: Demonstrated capability in managing, coaching, and scaling recruitment teams or specialized verticals.
● Analytical Skills: Strong command over recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting.
● Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with medical credentialing processes and clinical regulatory standards.
● Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
