About The Role
Madhouse Mafia is looking for a proactive Talent Manager to work closely with CA Palak Rathi on government and policy-led campaigns. The candidate will be employed by Madhouse Mafia, report directly to the agency's founder, and lead outreach to government departments, policymakers, public-sector bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
The role involves identifying government and public-policy opportunities, building institutional relationships, and managing campaigns from initial outreach through execution. The ideal candidate is confident in outreach, persistent with follow-ups, comfortable representing both the talent and agency in formal conversations, and capable of independently driving opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with CA Palak Rathi and Madhouse Mafia to identify suitable government and policy-led campaign opportunities
- Proactively reach out to government officials, policymakers, departments, ministries, agencies, public-sector bodies, and liaison offices
- Build and maintain a structured database of government contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Source government campaigns, public-awareness initiatives, policy-led projects, institutional partnerships, and relevant events
- Develop relationships with government and policy stakeholders and keep engagement active between campaigns
- Coordinate opportunities end to end, including introductions, proposals, meetings, negotiations, documentation, approvals, and execution
- Represent CA Palak Rathi and Madhouse Mafia professionally in calls, meetings, emails, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure campaign requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables are met
- Manage scheduling, communication, and day-to-day talent coordination when required
- Track outreach activity and provide regular updates on leads, progress, outcomes, and campaign status
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in government liaison, public affairs, public policy, advocacy, PR, talent management, partnerships, or campaign coordination
- Prior experience working on government, public-policy, advocacy, or policy-led talent campaigns is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with government departments, policymaking stakeholders, and public-sector working processes
- An existing network of government or policy contacts is a strong advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confidence in cold outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, and consistent follow-up
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate without daily supervision
- Strong organization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Professional judgment and discretion when representing the talent and agency
- Willingness to travel for meetings and campaign work when required
