🚀 We’re Hiring | Lead – Business Development
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Lead – Business Development to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities for a growing commercial kitchen and food-service design consulting company.
📍 Location: Doddanekundi, Bangalore
💼 Position: Lead – Business Development
💰 CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
🏢 Industry: Commercial Kitchen Design, Food Service Consulting, Hospitality & Facility Planning
Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and generate qualified business opportunities
✔ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
✔ Manage the complete lead pipeline and follow up on proposals
✔ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability discussions
✔ Support commercial negotiations and convert prospects into projects
✔ Manage relationships with existing clients and identify repeat-business opportunities
✔ Coordinate between clients and internal operations teams during project initiation
✔ Ensure smooth project handover and timely collection of Work Orders and Purchase Orders
✔ Maintain accurate client, proposal, and opportunity documentation
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Key Skills Required
✅ Strong business development and account management experience
✅ Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
✅ Confident presentation and business communication abilities
✅ Experience in lead generation, proposal follow-up, and sales conversion
✅ Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business-development activities
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
• Hospitality and food-service industry
• Commercial kitchen equipment
• Architecture or design consulting
• Interior design
• Corporate or consultative sales
• Healthcare or institutional projects
• Facility planning or real-estate support services
The ideal candidate will act as the face of the organization, strengthen client confidence, contribute consistently to revenue growth, and develop long-term business relationships.
