Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified
Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests and assist healthcare professionals in delivering accurate diagnostic services. Candidates
must have completed a DMLT or MLT Diploma. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Prepare samples for testing and analysis.
- Record and maintain accurate test results.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff regarding test reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory specimens.
Eligibility Criteria
- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or MLT Diploma is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1 or more years of laboratory experience are preferred for the higher salary range.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments and diagnostic procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
