We’re Hiring | Field Lab Technician / Phlebotomist
Aaric Scans & Diagnostics is looking for a motivated Field Lab Technician / Phlebotomist to support our diagnostic services across Puzhal, Redhills and Ambattur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Home blood sample collection
- Sample pickup from collection centres
- Proper sample handling, labelling and transportation
- Visit doctors, clinics and pharmacies for diagnostic service outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners
- Promote home collection services and diagnostic packages
- Support patient referrals and local business development
- Coordinate and lead blood collection activities during health camps
- Support day-to-day diagnostic centre operations when required
Candidate Requirements:
- DMLT / BMLT or relevant laboratory qualification
- Good phlebotomy and blood collection skills
- Comfortable travelling for home collections and field visits
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Knowledge of Puzhal, Redhills, Ambattur and nearby areas will be an advantage
- Freshers with good blood collection skills may also apply
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000/month
- Home Collection Incentive: ₹50 per successful collection
- Additional Doctor/Clinic & Pharmacy Outreach Incentives
- Health Camp Performance Incentives
