Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Associate role based in Lucknow. The Junior Associate will support daily branch operations, including processing loan applications, verifying customer documentation, and assisting in the disbursement and servicing of auto and property loans. The role involves interacting with customers to explain products, address queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Junior Associate will collaborate with sales and credit teams to coordinate approvals, follow up on pending cases, and support targeted business growth in the region. The role also includes adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards, along with participation in periodic reporting and basic administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic financial awareness and analytical skills to understand loan products, evaluate documentation, and support credit and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases, maintain accurate records, and meet timelines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and use of internal banking systems.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, remain detail-oriented, and follow established processes and compliance norms.
- Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services operations is an advantage, especially in retail lending or vehicle finance.
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution is preferred; fluency in English and local languages will be beneficial.
