Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, focused on Insurance & TPA Collaboration for cashless treatment facilities. The role involves identifying, approaching, and building relationships with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to secure and maintain hospital empanelment. Daily tasks include coordinating empanelment documentation, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with insurer and TPA requirements, and updating internal stakeholders on panel status and policies. The position also requires close collaboration with billing, finance, and front-office teams to streamline cashless processes, resolve claim-related queries, and improve overall patient experience. The individual will monitor industry trends, maintain accurate empanelment records, and support audits and reviews related to insurance and TPA partnerships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, particularly in hospital empanelment and cashless treatment workflows.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with insurers, TPAs, patients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance related to healthcare billing, claims processing, and reimbursement procedures.
- Relevant experience in hospital administration, healthcare insurance coordination, or TPA relationship management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate documentation, and work systematically under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in basic office software and documentation tools; familiarity with hospital information systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in a similar role will be considered.
