Role Description The Chief Operating Officer at estudio Al-borde is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring strategic objectives are met. This position leads operational planning, aligns teams around organizational priorities, and optimizes processes to support sustainable growth. The COO collaborates closely with leadership to develop and execute business plans, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across functions. Daily activities include managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional projects, guiding resource allocation, and supporting financial and budgeting decisions. The role also involves establishing clear policies, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and representing operations in key stakeholder discussions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and implementation of operational roadmaps.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, with experience in process optimization, workflow design, and cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Budgeting skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and supporting financial sustainability.
- Candidates should possess leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Relevant experience in senior operations or executive roles is highly beneficial; a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
