We are looking for one person to build the future of work with us.
We are building GrowthYari, a GTM Career Academy for non-tech Indian youth.
We believe there is a massive gap between:
what colleges teach
and
what the workplace expects.
The missing layer isn't another certificate.
It's: thinking + communication + commercial capability + self-mastery + proof-of-work + network.
I'm building a 12-week, 65% practical / 35% theory programme for young people entering Sales, BD, Customer Success, Marketing and Growth.
Students will work through business cases, simulations, real projects, professional assessments and employer interactions.
Now we are looking for an operating co-founder / strategic investor who wants to help build this category together.
Initial capital available: up to ₹10 lakh.
But we are not primarily looking for money.
We are looking for:
- GTM expertise.
- Distribution.
- Employer relationships.
- Education experience.
- Recruitment.
- Campus networks.
- Operating ability.
Someone who looks at this and says:
"This should exist in India."
I would rather build this with the right operating partner and ₹10 lakh than the wrong person and ₹1 crore.
