1+ years of international sales experience in a BPO/voice process (preferred)

📍 Location: Greater Bengaluru Region, Bangalore, Karnataka.
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Package: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
🔥 For experienced candidates: 20–30% hike on last drawn salary
🌙 Shift: Rotational (aligned with international time zones)
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound customer calls/chats and convert inquiries into sales
Understand customer needs and recommend the right product/plan
Handle objections confidently and close sales professionally
Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed sales and quality targets
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of international sales experience in a BPO/voice process (preferred)
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply
Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
