📅 Experience: 1–5 Years ( Interior or Edtech Background )
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
What You'll Do:
✅ Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend the right interior solutions.
✅ Present Decorpot's products and services with confidence and credibility.
✅ Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts to drive sales.
✅ Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into successful closures.
✅ Resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
✅ Track sales performance and provide accurate reports to the management.
✅ Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ A customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✔ Any Graduate.
