🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert USA-based prospects
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle
- Conduct professional business calls and virtual meetings
- Generate leads and make introductory calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the legal team for contract creation, review, and finalization
✅ Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to confidently interact with international clients
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to work in global shifts
- Candidates with international B2B sales/business development exposure will be an advantage
