Role Description The Internal Recruiter intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting clear job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the selection process. The intern will assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and basic HR documentation, while tracking recruitment metrics and reporting progress to the team. The position offers exposure to recruitment operations in a mission-driven organization focused on building India’s frontline sales workforce.
Qualifications
- Ability to source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and priorities.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, applicant tracking tools, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Demonstrated interest in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment.
- Awareness of or interest in the skilling and education ecosystem in India is an added advantage.
