📍 Location: Hope Tower, Greater Noida – Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team and manage, market, and place IT consultants in the US IT staffing market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and market bench consultants across US time zones
• Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, implementation partners & recruiters
• Market consultants through LinkedIn, Dice, vendor portals, job boards & email campaigns
• Handle submissions, interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiations & placements
• Maintain consultant and submission records in ATS/CRM
• Expand vendor/client networks and track market requirements
• Achieve weekly/monthly submission, interview & placement targets
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 4–7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales
✅ Strong knowledge of US IT staffing lifecycle
✅ Experience with W2, C2C & 1099
✅ Knowledge of US work authorization & visa types
✅ Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, ATS/CRM & vendor portals
✅ Comfortable working in US shifts and a target-driven environment
