Job Title: US Recruiter
Location: Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 US Shift (Night Shift)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US Recruiter to join our staffing team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates through various job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for US clients. The recruiter will work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and clients to fulfill contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Non-IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate resumes based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, communication, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation, rates, and onboarding details.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment activities and candidate records in ATS systems such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar tools.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 5+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
