Role Description: An architect who operates at the intersection of design thinking, technical precision, and team leadership. The candidate will drive spatial concepts from brief to execution-ready deliverables for multiple projects while assisting the team lead in the management of the respective team project operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Architecture to create functional, cohesive layouts.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out to translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture to integrate structural, technical, and aesthetic requirements.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture design, and detailing, with an eye for craftsmanship and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant professional experience in built projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, site coordination practices, and exposure to hospitality or high-end residential projects is an advantage.
