Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will develop design concepts, detailed architectural drawings, and interior layouts aligned with project requirements and sustainability principles. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing design presentations and 3D views, and supporting approvals, tender documentation, and construction drawings. The role also involves site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and resolve technical or coordination issues. The Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, MEP, and other systems into cohesive, buildable designs and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in building and interior projects.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables using effective Project Management practices.
- Familiarity with Integration of architectural design with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, Adobe Suite).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage. Architectural experience of 0-8 years experience can apply.
- Strong visual, spatial, and technical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and buildability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Interest in sustainable design, local building codes, and current industry standards and materials.
