Instructional Designer – Articulate Storyline
Onsite | 6-Month Renewable Contract
Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, creative and highly productive Instructional Designer who can transform
learning content into engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, an
exceptional time manager and someone who enjoys solving design and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
• Troubleshoot Storyline files, interactions, triggers, variables and publishing issues.
• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, icons, infographics and learning assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with SMEs, content writers and the creative team to deliver high-quality
learning solutions.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, colour and visual
hierarchy.
• Strong instructional design and learner experience (LX) thinking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to work at speed without
compromising quality.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills
• Video editing and motion graphics experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
• Experience with AI-powered design and content creation tools, especially in Storyline.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI publishing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
