📢 We're Hiring: Instructional Designer Cambridge Curriculum
Are you passionate about designing engaging learning experiences and have strong expertise in the Cambridge International curriculum?
We're looking for an Instructional Designer who can combine subject matter expertise with instructional design to create high-quality learning content for Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level.
In this role, you will:
✅ Design lessons, study resources, assessments, and digital learning materials aligned with Cambridge syllabi.
✅ Develop learner-centred content using sound instructional design principles.
✅ Create formative and summative assessments, model answers, and revision resources.
✅ Collaborate with academic, editorial, and multimedia teams to deliver engaging learning experiences.
✅ Ensure content is academically rigorous, accurate, and up to date with Cambridge curriculum changes.
We're looking for candidates with:
• 2-4 years' experience in instructional design, curriculum development, teaching, or academic content creation.
• Strong subject expertise and familiarity with the Cambridge International curriculum (IGCSE, AS & A Level).
• Excellent writing, curriculum mapping, and instructional design skills.
• A passion for creating impactful learning experiences.
