๐ฎ Gamification & scenario-based learning โ designing branching scenarios and simulations that actually engage
โ๏ธ Level 3 & Level 4 interactivity (L3/L4) โ hands-on with high-interactivity, decision-based course design
โ
Assessment design โ building assessments that genuinely test understanding, not just recall
๐ค SME coordination โ extracting and structuring knowledge from subject matter experts
๐ Quality reviews โ reviewing your own and your team's output against instructional and brand standards
๐ฌ Client consulting โ being the ID voice in client conversations, not just an execution resource
Where You'll Apply This
Across eLearning, higher education, corporate learning, compliance training, and product training projects โ working with blended learning, microlearning, and fully interactive courseware built on SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
What We're Looking For
โ๏ธ 5-8 years of hands-on Instructional Design experience
โ๏ธ Proven experience designing L3/L4 interactivity, branching scenarios, and simulations
โ๏ธ Strong grip on curriculum design and instructional strategy, not just execution
โ๏ธ Comfortable in client-facing conversations โ consulting, not just delivering
โ๏ธ Experience working across eLearning, corporate, or higher-ed domains
