About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Leader to drive procurement outcomes and scale our Pune market. This role will be responsible for leading an inside sales team, owning procurement targets, and ensuring strong execution across the funnel — from dial → connect → conversion.
This is a mid-senior execution role, ideal for someone who understands the ground realities of inside sales and can consistently drive results through a team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Own and deliver monthly procurement targets for Pune.
- Manage and drive the performance of an inside sales team of 8–10 members.
- Monitor and improve funnel metrics including dials, connects, scheduling, and conversions.
- Ensure defined KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Drive daily reviews, coaching, and performance management.
- Work closely with Operations and Field teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to build a predictable and scalable procurement engine.
- Build and maintain a high-performance, target-driven team culture.
Key Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales roles.
- Currently managing an inside sales team of at least 8–15 members.
- Strong understanding of inside sales metrics such as dials, connects, and conversions.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong bias for action with a highly target-driven and hands-on approach.
- Fluent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Experience in the used two-wheeler, automotive, mobility, or related industry will be an added advantage.
