We’re Hiring | Inside Sales / Lead Generation – Life Sciences & Pharma
SIX8 – A Healthcare & Life Sciences Venture by BXI Ventures – is looking for a driven Inside Sales / Business Development professional to help build and grow our B2B pipeline in the Pharma & Life Sciences sector.
📍 Location: On-site | Jaipur / Udaipur preferred

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and building a strong revenue pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and prospect Pharma & Life Sciences companies
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
• Connect with stakeholders across R&D, QA, QC, Procurement, and Manufacturing
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Manage follow-ups and CRM activities effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–6 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
✔️ Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, CRO, Lab, or Testing Services preferred
✔️ Strong cold calling, communication, and follow-up skills
✔️ Target-driven, persistent, and commercially focused mindset
✔️ Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
✔️ Willing to work on-site and travel for client meetings when required
