Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and support order conversion for our industrial valve and automation product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and technical specifications
- Handle RFQs and prepare techno-commercial quotations
- Follow up for approvals and support order conversion
- Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams
- Maintain quotation and order data in ERP/SAP systems
- Provide technical clarification and support to clients
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation) or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Quotation roles
- Knowledge of valves / automation preferred
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
