Job Overview
HIREON TECH INC. is looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist who can independently handle recruitment activities and is comfortable working in the US night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT staffing recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and clients as required.
- Support general HR activities, onboarding, employee coordination, and documentation.
Requirements
- 3-4+ year of experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Must be comfortable working in the US night shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
